At Cool Runnings Towing, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services and delivering value to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or commenced.

Why No Refunds?

Our services involve time, expertise, and resources that are allocated specifically to each client. Once the service has been initiated, the work cannot be returned or undone.

Exceptions (if any):

We may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments

• Service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our end

Any such requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
